PRAISE:
- The Asia Film Equipment video continues to progress. Pray for the India footage needed. And the video interviews we did for another project in Chicago last month gave given us the material we hoped for. Pray for both projects as they move into the critical, editing stage.
- The July memorial service for Jesus Film® founding executive director, Paul Eshelman, lifted up Christ and ministered to many. Pastor Rick Warren called for those of us today to carry Paul’s vision forward, of helping take the gospel ‘to everyone, everywhere.’ The service can be viewed on YouTube. [I served under Paul for more than 20 years.]
PRAY:
- One of my office colleagues lost her 44-year-old son last week. He had some health issues, but nothing life-threatening. He passed in his sleep. Lift her up, and her daughter and their family.
- The Joshua 18 verse below has challenged me. I am asking, where have I put off pursuing God’s call and promises? Pray that when He speaks, even in a “still small voice,” I will hear and respond.
“So Joshua said to the Israelites: “How long will you wait before you begin to take possession of the land that the Lord, the God of your ancestors, has given you?”
