PRAISE:
- Thank you for praying for our June 1 television broadcasts for International Children’s Day. God open the doors for 14.3 million children and families heard the gospel in 10 languages, on 17 stations in 127 countries. Pray for those who responded and requested follow-up.
- A procedure to remove some skin cancer from my forehead last week went well; the stitches will come out next week. I am grateful for your prayers, for God’s healing process in our bodies and for the quality healthcare which is available to us.
PRAY:
- During July and August Jesus Film® has mission teams in Europe and the U.K. reaching out to Gulf Arabs vacationing in key cities. Pray for the hearts of the people to be open to not only receiving the gospel film content, but also be willing to enter into spiritual conversations.
- Pray for outreach opportunities during the upcoming Paris Summer Olympic Games. Direct and online outreach will be conducted in partnership with our Cru® sister ministry, Athletes in Action. It includes the distribution of short films around the theme of “life-purpose and competition.” One of our newest short film series is the “Is it worth it?” collection, which is being featured to help open spiritual conversations with athletes, coaches, trainers, the press and fans. Pray for the use of these resources, especially for those seeking to reach athletes and others from closed and restricted nations.
- Continue to pray for the finishing of our Asian Film Equipment video.
