Praise:
- Last month I asked you to pray for our language recording efforts. One of my colleagues this fall has been training an in-country partner in a restricted Northeast African nation to record “JESUS.” By Christmas there will be five new translations completed for this war-torn region of the continent. Five more unreached, remote people groups will soon be able to see and hear the good news of Christ in their heart languages.
Pray:
- God has opened a door to go into Lebanon and partner with our Cru national team to provide food aid and digital evangelism tools. The goal is to provide 5,000 food bags for displaced individuals and families—refugees from the south—in Beirut. Pray for the funds for the food aid and the digital outreach tools. - A month ago, I gave myself a hernia while helping load cases on a pallet. Since this was work-related, I have some extra hoops to go through to get surgery to repair it. Please pray I can schedule this out-patient procedure before the holidays.
- Pray for our GivingTuesday (December 3) online outreach to provide film equipment for Cru and partner teams in India. The goal is 100 tablets and 30 projector backpack sets to help reach people across the world’s most populated nation.
