PRAISE:
- The final numbers for Easter season television broadcasts are in, God worked and a projected 111,968,285 watched (the goal was 100 million). Pray for the follow-up of those who responded. 31 languages were viewed in 86 countries on 68 stations (the goal was 60 stations).
- A new director and production company has been selected to produce our animated feature film, “Jesus;” they are Phil Cunningham and Sunrise Animation Studios (South Africa). Their latest film “David,” is due out shortly.
PRAY:
- Our team is meeting with a large Pentecostal missions group this week in Finland to talk about leveraging our films with their in-country campaigns. We will provide them the JESUS Film on SD cards and film equipment for their church planting efforts. An second team just met with leadership in Rome to build our partnership; they also met with some of the new leadership for the Catholic evangelical community. Pray for the follow-up from the meetings this week.
- I am taking three of my staff to our Orlando headquarters this month to meet with colleagues [Cru & JFP] who we typically work with online. Pray for a productive week for: Mary, Charissa, Bri and me.
- Please lift up the need for financial support to attend the Cru US national conference in Milwaukee, WI mid-July. Pray the need is met by July 11.
