Friendship is one of our greatest blessings. When friendships are good, they offer emotional support, build up our confidence, and inspire us to be our best selves. The importance of quality friendships can’t be overstated. They magnify life’s best parts and make terrible experiences a little more bearable.

Desperate for connection Loneliness is an epidemic. A recent poll from YouGov found that 30% of Millennials (ages 23–38) say that they feel lonely. The poll also revealed that 22% said they had zero friends, 27% said they had no close friends, and 25% claimed not to have any acquaintances.
