You are fearfully and wonderfully made*

“Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.”

This quote gets attributed to several authors. Some say give credit to Plato, Philo of Alexandria, or Scottish author Ian McLaren. I suppose we don’t need to know the author to appreciate the sentiment.

Everyone reading this is struggling with some relationship, issue, or pressure. And in that struggle, it’s easy to get down on ourselves. We’re impatient. Irritable. Critical. And even after we identify our weaknesses, we still fall victim to them.

I just wanted to share a short video to remind you that you’re not hopeless. You’re not a failure. You are a majestic creation. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. As Zephaniah reminds us, “The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing” (Zephaniah 3:17).

Check out this short video, and then share it with your friends and followers on social media. Let’s remind the world that we are not mistakes!  Clink the link or on the image below. Send it to someone you know who needs to be encouraged today!

Perspective for me is apart of the journey to healing.
